Founded in 2014, Taxelco set out to revolutionize the taxi industry in Montreal. We played a key role in consolidating established taxi services, with the goal of building a modern, efficient, and environmentally friendly transportation network.

Our initial goals focused on delivering economic, social, and environmental benefits, notably through the launch of Téo Taxi, Canada's pioneering all-electric taxi service.
Through a journey of growth, strategic acquisitions, and operational evolution , Taxelco's foundational ambitions and operations were consolidated. In 2024, Taxelco and its associated taxi banners unified under a single brand: Téo Taxi. App Téo.
